Terms of Service

This Terms of Service (General Membership and Use Terms) is agreed between you (“you”, “member”, “user”, customer”, “advertiser”) and TurquADs.net website administration Hür Bilgisayar İletişim Ltd Company (from now on “TurquADs.net”, “We”) and determines the conditions of your membership.
You need to read, understand and accept to agree on the determined conditions and situations by ticking “I agree” option when you register. You cannot be a TurquADs.net member if you don’t agree on all the conditions and requirements.

1. You need to have a valid unique e-mail address and a valid unique Alertpay account to register. Confirming the activation e-mails which will be sent to your e-mail addresses is required for authorizing the validity of your e-mail addresses.
2. Asking or providing membership by sending mass e-mails without communicating individually is not allowed, not only by our terms but also by the laws. We have no tolerance to spam e-mails. If we receive a single complaint claiming that you spam, we first make sure it is true then reset your account balance. If a second complaint is received, we implement the steps to terminating your account.
3. Each member may have only one account. All the accounts of the member are terminated when a member is determined to have multiple accounts. It is not allowed the members to sell or transfer their accounts. It is never allowed for members to nurse the other members’ accounts. In that case both/all the account will be regarded as multi account.
   You will never need a second account. If you forget your login information, you may retrieve it using the options in the login page.
4. TurquADs.net serves as a global website. You need to know English to be a member.
5. We have one member – one IP policy. Processes done using the same IP with different members will be evaluated under multi account status. So it is in your responsibility to use our site at public places who use shared IP such as office, school, internett cafe. This will never be accepted as an excuse.
6. You may recommend our website to your family members, friends, relatived or other people you know. But they should have valid unique e-mail addresses and valid unique Alertpay accounts to register. You will earn commissions for the members who join by typing you referral code.
7. Referral Earnings : To earn from your referrals’ clicks, you should have viewed the advertisements in the previous day. Your possible referral income is restricted to your clicks in the previous day * you total number of referrals. You referrals’ clicks amount resets at midnight.
8. Autoclick Tools : If you use or recommend unauthorized third party software of services, your account will be terminated without notice due to cheating. This termination includes all your account balance and referrals you may have.
9. If you are found to be cheating in some way;
   - Your account balance and earned bonuses reset.
   - Your referrals are removed from your account.
   - Your account is terminated without notice and for an indefinite period of time.
   
10. We may freeze or terminate your account if we find it necessary without notice. In the event of such an occurence you may communicate with our support staff.
11. Your payments will be processed upon your request when you reach minimum amount and click limit. You may not request more than one payment at a time.
    Click Limit : To be able to request a payment, you should have viewed at least 50 advertisements. You may see your actual stats at “Payment Clicks” part.
    Payment Method : All members may have their payments only via Alertpay and no other payment processor is accepted for the time being.
    Minimum amount limit : You may request a payment once you reach $2.00 via Alertpay.
    Payment Time : Requested payments will be processed in 7 working days for Premium Members and in 15 working days for Standard Members.
12. You may advertise via Alertpay. Orders not paid in 3 (three) days is deleted automaticly. The advertising URL should be appropriate to the conditions at Advertise page. No chargeback is possible for the payments made for the inapproriate advertisements and they cannot be transferred to another advertisement.
13. You are responsible of the taxes you are to pay to your government for all the income you may get by joining TurquADs.net.
14. You are not a TurquADs.net employee. We serve as a middleman between advertisers and costumers. You or TurquADs.net have the right to end this relationship anytime.
15. Activity And Account Termination : Members may end their memberships anytime they want by following “My Account > Close My Account”.
    For the accounts in Holiday Mode below conditions are valid:
    - Accounts in Holiday Mode are not removed by the system.
    - - You cannot earn from the advertisements you view when you are in Holiday Mode.
16. Chargeback : Upgrade payments, referral purchases or advertisement payments are not paid back. For the problems you may face about on the payment processes, you should apply to Alertpay staff. We will not be able to provide the service you buy as long as the payment is reflected in our account.
17. TurquADs.net is not responsible for the delays or faults resulted from the events that are not under our control such as natural disasters, war, terrorism, aggression, strikes, stoppage, fire, government movements etc. Also, we are not responsible for the other program/service provider companies’ actions.
18. TurquADs.net has the right to end, limit, change or regulate the prices, earnings, rules, speacial offers, membership situations, membership and use conditions without notice.
19. Sakarya Courts are responsible for the resolution of possible conflicts.
